3. Product Information
We take reasonable care to ensure that product descriptions, materials, prices, availability and other information are accurate.
As silk is a natural material, slight variations in texture, weave, lustre and colour may occur between individual pieces or production batches. These subtle variations are part of the natural character of silk and do not normally constitute a defect.
We reserve the right to correct obvious errors and update product information.
4. Product Images and Color Variations
We make every reasonable effort to present our products accurately. However, the appearance of colours may vary slightly from the physical product because of:
* Photographic lighting and surroundings
* Camera and image-processing settings
* Screen type, brightness and colour calibration
* The reflective qualities and natural lustre of silk
* Differences between production batches
Product images may be cropped or adjusted for presentation, but such adjustments are not intended to alter the essential characteristics of the product.
Minor color differences caused by these factors do not normally constitute a defect. This does not affect your statutory rights if a product differs materially from its description or representation.
5. Sizes and Measurements
Please review the applicable size guide before placing your order.
Unless otherwise stated, measurements are taken manually. Small differences may therefore occur depending on the measuring method, the cut of the garment and the natural movement of the fabric.
The fit of a garment can also vary according to style, construction and individual body shape. Size recommendations are provided as guidance and cannot guarantee an identical fit for every customer.
These reasonable measurement variations do not affect your statutory rights where a product is materially different from the stated measurements.
6. Prices and Payment
Prices are displayed in the currency selected for your market. VAT is included where required by applicable law.
Delivery charges and any other applicable costs will be shown before you complete checkout. For deliveries outside the EU, customs duties, import VAT or local handling charges may apply as explained in our Shipping Policy.
Payment must be made using one of the payment methods available at checkout. Payment services may be provided by Shopify Payments or other third-party payment providers under their own terms.
7. Orders and Contract Formation
After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. A binding sales contract is formed when we accept your order and send the order confirmation.
We may refuse or cancel an order before dispatch where:
* The product is unavailable
* Payment cannot be authorized
* The order information is incomplete or incorrect
* We reasonably suspect fraud or misuse
* There is an obvious pricing or product-information error
8. Garment Care
Silk is a delicate natural material. Customers should follow the care instructions attached to each garment or accessories and any additional care guidance provided on our website.
Damage caused by improper washing, unsuitable detergents, incorrect ironing, excessive friction, failure to follow care instructions or normal wear and tear is not considered a manufacturing defect.
9. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, all images and contents available on this website—including but not limit to the GLORAC name and logo, product names, product description, product designs, photographs, videos, graphics, text, layout and other creative materials—is owned by GLORAC Comfortwear AB and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
No use of the GLORAC name, trademarks, images or product content is permitted in a way that may cause confusion, imply endorsement or damage the brand.
Third-party trademarks and materials remain the property of their respective owners.
10. Third-Party Services and Links
Our website may contain links to or integrations with third-party services, including payment, delivery and social-media providers.
We are not responsible for the independent content, availability or privacy practices of third-party websites. Your use of those services may be governed by their own terms and policies.
9. Liability
We are responsible for fulfilling our obligations under the sales contract and applicable consumer law.
To the extent permitted by law, GLORAC is not responsible for any losses arising from circumstances that we could not reasonably foresee or control, including interruptions caused by external service providers, communication networks or events beyond our reasonable control.
10. Events Beyond Our Control
We are not responsible for delay, loss or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, government restrictions, labour disputes, transport disruptions, epidemics, war, cyber incidents or major failures of communication or payment networks, customs inspection or related importation processes when the customers are outside of EU markets.
We will take reasonable steps to minimize the effect of such events and inform affected customers where appropriate.
